Café Bengelmann in Ulm is renowned for its exceptional quality and innovative approaches to the craft.
Stefanie Bengelmann is a master baker, master confectioner and chocolate sommelier with an impressive track record: Germany’s Best Young Confectioner, third place in the World Confectionery Championships, multiple award winner and successful entrepreneur.
Her husband Julian is an e-commerce expert, marketplace professional and the company’s strategist, responsible for digitalisation and controlling, amongst other things.
The company continues to expand and is exploring additional locations – to offer exceptional customer experiences with baked goods, confectionery and exquisite chocolate. Naturally, everything is homemade and handcrafted.
In addition, the Bengelmanns are focusing on ‘Craftsmanship 2.0’ – rethinking and implementing the art of baking. During this expansion phase, GSE is privileged to support them as business consultants.
